We are delighted to announce the signing of young forward Joe Smith!

Joe joins the Magpies after a successful season at Bemerton Heath Harlequins where he scored 23 goals in just 28 games, finishing as the Southern League Division One South’s fourth top scorer.

Last year’s impressive numbers comes off the back of scoring 68 (52 league) goals for Downton FC the season before.

On signing for the Magpies, Joe said: “I’m very excited to be here. I know Sillsy and I’m excited to work for him and take on his knowledge!”

Manager Tim Sills commented: “Joe has scored lots of goals at the two levels below us and is ready to take that next step and I’m really looking forward to working with him and helping him develop further. Joe is a powerful young player with bags of potential.”
