We are delighted to announce the signing of Max Bustamante!

The young forward already has three full seasons at step three under his belt, and joins The Magpies after a good season at Sholing and finishing as Berkhamsted’s leading scorer in 2023/24.

Max is also an ex-youth international, having represented Chile at U15 and U17 levels.

On signing for the Magpies, Max said: “I’m delighted to be joining the club for next season. It’s a fantastic set up, with a great ground and excellent fans.

“When the offer came in it was really a no brainer. Coming here last season was a positive experience and I’m looking forward to playing at The Wyatt Homes again and giving my all for the supporters. Up the Magpies!”

Manager Tim Sills commented: “In signing Max we have got a player who has played and scored goals at this level for the last couple of seasons and is still only young and developing all the time.

“Pace, power and an eye for goal means I can’t wait to work with him in the coming season.”
