Wimborne Town’s Women’s team has made history by progressing to the Second Qualifying Round of the Adobe Women’s FA Cup.

Sean Hill’s Magpies side beat Bournemouth Manor 3-0 in the First Qualifying Round on Sunday to ensure they’re in the hat for the next round.

Goals from Jess Selby, Amiya Williams and Lucy Roberts secured the victory on Kinson Manor Playing Fields.

The Women’s team is next in action on Sunday 14th September at home to Bemerton Heath Harlequins, before facing Shaftesbury at home on Sunday 21st September in the next round of the FA Cup.
