Scott Arnold: Record Breaker

Scott Arnold has broken the all time appearances club record after coming off the bench in last nights game against AFC Totton.

Scott drew level with Jamie Sturgess on 616 appearances during our title winning match against Melksham Town at the end of last season, and are the only two players in the clubs history to have surpassed the 600 game mark.

Speaking after the match, Scott Arnold said: “I’ve finally got there! It’s great to get over the line and now it’s about keep driving the lads on and helping in anyway I can.”

Manager Tim Sills added: “It’s brilliant and with all the sentimentality around it. I thought if we can get him on tonight and get him a few more, we can make sure that others can’t break that record.”
