Everyone at Wimborne Town Football Club is saddened to learn of the passing of Dave Briggs.
For many years Dave volunteered at the club, with his main roles involving videoing matches and post-match interviews. Dave also contributed match reports and, when necessary, conducted interviews himself too.
Following the move to New Cuthbury, Dave retired, with the media tower at the stadium named in his honour.
The club will be paying tribute to Dave during our home match with Basingstoke on 12th April.
