FA Charter Standard
Wimborne Town FC is an FA Charter Standard Community Club. This means that the FA recognise that we operate to the highest levels of efficiency and sustainability; and consider child protection, quality coaching and safety as paramount.
Launched in 2001, the FA Charter Standard kitemark has improved coaching and the safeguarding of children throughout hundreds of clubs across the country. There are three levels of certification, with Charter Standard Community Club being the highest attainable.
We take our accreditation seriously and constantly look at how we can improve the running of the club to achieve even greater efficiencies. The FA also audits us every year to check that we remain on track.
This all means that parents, players and supporters know that they belong to a football club operating the highest standards.
