Biography

Matty is a fast and skilful forward who was born in Sheffield, but moved to Dorset as a teenager. Coming through the ranks at Weymouth, Matty joined Totton in 2022/23, before joining the Magpies on loan last season. Matty became a firm fans favourite during his six-game loan spell; when he scored three goals, made two assists and won a ‘man of the match’ award. Matty joined the Magpies permanently in the summer, leaving Totton where he made 54 appearances, scoring 21 goals.
